Our services are delivered through secure cloud-based platforms, client portals, and digital communication tools.
2. Your Responsibilities
To ensure smooth service delivery, you agree to:

- Respond to information requests within a reasonable timeframe
- Keep your contact and billing information current
- Review all documents and reports we provide for accuracy
- Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials we share with you

- Payments are significantly overdue
- We determine that continuing the engagement is not feasible or ethical
Upon termination, we will return your data upon request, once outstanding balances are paid.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy and compliance, we are not liable for:
- Errors caused by incomplete or inaccurate information you provide
- Financial decisions made based on our reports
- Indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, penalties)
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Services in 1 month before the issue arose.
8. Legal & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally.
